PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


Access to some sections of the Website www.ram-power.it and/or any requests for information or services by users of the Website may be subject to the entry of personal data, the processing of which by Ram Power S.r.l., as Data Controller, it will take place in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”.
This disclosure is intended to allow users to understand, even before accessing the various sections of the Site, how Ram Power S.r.l. processes the personal data of users and it will in any case be necessary for the user to read it before he provides his personal data when registering on the Site. This privacy policy is provided only for this site and not also for third-party websites possibly consulted by the user through links.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT


Any data acquired, always in compliance with current legislation, will be processed for institutional purposes, connected and/or instrumental to the provision of access to this site, including any additional services requested by the user; particularly:

a) to implement a service (such as access to the site with all its features). In the event of explicit and optional consent, the data will be processed for marketing and/or commercial promotion purposes, including the sending of paper and/or digital advertising material, relating to the services and/or products offered by Ram Power S.r.l.

The data will be processed in a lawful and correct manner and used only for the purposes referred to in the previous paragraphs. The processing of data will take place using instruments suitable for guaranteeing their security as well as confidentiality and may be carried out with paper instruments and/or using automated instruments suitable for storing, managing and transmitting the data. The data will be kept for the times prescribed by law and in any case no later than the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes described.

METHOD OF TREATMENT


Personal Data will be processed both automatically and manually only by the persons in charge of processing, using IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Once the set purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.

NATURE AND METHODS OF PROVISION OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA


The provision of personal data is optional, but for some personal data the provision is mandatory (i.e. necessary for those data whose fields are marked with an asterisk) so that Ram Power S.r.l. can satisfy the user’s needs within the scope of the Website’s functions. The failure, partial or incorrect provision of Personal Data marked with an asterisk, as necessary for the execution of the requested service, does not make such execution possible; while the missing, partial or incorrect provision of optional Personal Data does not entail any consequences.

The provision of Personal Data can only take place by filling in the appropriate fields in the various sections of the Site. If the user has failed to provide one or more mandatory data, an error message from Ram Power S.r.l. will appear. with the list of missing mandatory Personal Data.

The rights of users recognized by the art. 7 of the Code “Article 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights”
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

How to exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 and to know the list of data processors
